In this role you will:

• Team Coordination: Manage the synergy between international architects and local engineering consultants from design to completion.

• Execution Control: Ensure all pre-construction and construction activities adhere to a strict timeline, budget, and quality standards.

• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for multiple consultants, ensuring seamless communication across all project phases.

• Operational Readiness: Oversee the project until successful handover and commissioning.

• BIM Integration: Leverage experience with BIM-managed workflows (dedicated BIM management is provided in-house).

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• 10+ years of PM experience in large-scale construction (€50M+).

• Local Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Cyprus construction industry and regulatory environment.

• Coordination Expertise: Proven track record in managing international design teams and local contractors.

• BIM Literacy: Practical experience working within BIM-enabled project environments.

• Operational Excellence: Strong ability to maintain budget discipline and meet aggressive deadlines.
