The Head of Brand is responsible for building and scaling a strong, distinctive global brand in the highly competitive gambling and betting industry.
This role owns brand strategy end-to-end: positioning, identity, communication, consistency across markets, and emotional connection with players, from mass audience to VIP.
In this role, you will:
Define, own, and continuously evolve the global brand strategy, positioning, and value proposition.
Own and control brand architecture across sub-brands, products, VIP tiers, partnerships, and future brand extensions.
Set visual identity, tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and global brand guidelines.
Act as the ultimate brand gatekeeper and ensure consistency across product, marketing, sponsorships, PR, influencers, and offline touchpoints.
Lead the ideation, development, and global rollout of high-impact brand campaigns across all channels.
Manage creative agencies, studios, and in-house design team.
Conduct market researches, brand tracking, player insights, and competitive intelligence.
Define and monitor brand health KPIs, including awareness, consideration, trust, preference, NPS, and long-term brand equity.
Maximize long-term brand equity and ROI from sponsorships, ambassadors, and strategic partnerships.
Skills you’ll need to bring:
8–12+ years in Brand Marketing, including senior leadership roles.
Strong background in gambling, betting, casino, crypto, or highly regulated digital industries.
Proven experience building and scaling brands across multiple international markets.
Track record of successful global brand launches and brand campaigns.
Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling.
Strong creative judgment and ability to brief, evaluate, and elevate creative work.
Experience working with sponsorships, ambassadors, and major partnerships.
Data-driven mindset with strong understanding of brand metrics.
Ability to balance creativity with regulation and compliance.
Able to operate at both strategic and executional levels.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, competitive, and high-pressure environments.
