We are expanding our VIP division and are looking for a VIP Account Manager to work with our key clients.
This role focuses on delivering a premium service experience, building long-term relationships with VIP players, and providing full support across product usage, transactions, and personalized offers.

You will become a trusted point of contact for high-value clients and play an important role in their engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming requests from VIP clients via messengers, live chats, and email

• Provide timely and accurate support on account-related matters, gameplay and product functionality, bonuses and promotions, as well as deposit and withdrawal inquiries

• Deliver a personalized, high-quality service experience tailored to individual VIP clients

• Credit bonuses and apply template-based bonus configurations in accordance with internal policies

• Work with reports and data uploads to analyze player activity, behavior, and engagement patterns

• Identify opportunities to increase engagement, loyalty, and retention among VIP clients

• Maintain a high level of service quality while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and consistent client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent Ukrainian (spoken and written)

• Previous experience in customer support, ideally with VIP or premium-segment clients

• Basic understanding of iGaming financial metrics and player behavior

• High level of attention to detail and strong sense of responsibility

• Ability to stay focused and effective in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

• Stress resilience and emotional stability in daily communication with clients

• Creative and non-standard thinking — ability to find solutions beyond predefined scripts

• Strong orientation toward service quality, results, and client satisfaction
