Our global-scale operations are based on strong internal expertise, analytics, and data research. We have expertise in iGaming operations (sports betting, online casino), digital and affiliate marketing, tech solutions, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the strategic direction and operational execution of the VIP CRM segment;

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of CRM Managers, setting KPIs and driving performance;

• Build and execute a VIP CRM roadmap for Casino and Sportsbook products;

• Own and optimize the VIP bonus budget to maximize LTV and NGR while maintaining ROI;

• Develop advanced VIP segmentation and personalized player journeys to reduce churn;

• Oversee the full lifecycle of VIP CRM campaigns from planning to post-campaign analysis;

• Introduce innovative engagement mechanics to enhance VIP retention and loyalty;

• Collaborate cross-functionally with VIP Account Management, Analytics, and Product teams.

Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of CRM experience within the iGaming industry (Casino and/or Sportsbook);

• Strong experience managing VIP or High-Value player segments;

• Previous team leadership experience (3+ direct reports);

• Excellent analytical skills with deep understanding of CRM and business metrics;

• Hands-on experience with CRM automation platforms;

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;

• Strategic mindset with the ability to drive long-term growth initiatives.
