In this role, you will:

• Monitor the operation of payment systems and payment flows on a daily basis;

• Track transaction statuses, identify errors, delays, or anomalies;

• Communicate with payment providers and internal teams to resolve payment-related issues;

• Maintain reports and basic analytics on payment performance;

• Support internal processes related to payments, monitoring, and compliance.

Skills you’ll need to bring:

• Basic understanding of payment processes and transaction flows;

• Experience working with payment providers or PSPs (will be a plus);

• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas);

• Experience or willingness to work with internal tools: UBO, JSM, Grafana;

• English - at least Pre-Intermediate;

• Ukrainian - fluent / native.
