Workload: 2–3 hours per day, Monday–Friday

We are looking for a Local Operations & QA Specialist based in Morocco to support product testing, payment flows validation, and local market insights for our online products. This is a flexible, part-time role with varied tasks depending on project needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Test product, payment, and onboarding flows across Android and iOS devices, including deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, promo codes, and game categories;

• Identify, document, and report bugs, UX issues, and payment errors with clear evidence;

• Test advertising funnels and conversion flows;

• Provide local market insights by analyzing user behavior, cultural preferences, and potential blockers;

• Review creatives and messaging for cultural relevance and language accuracy (Darija/French);

• Support local operational tasks, including simple workflows, localization, translations, user feedback; collection, and occasional checks related to payments, partners, or influencers.

Requirements:

• Based in Morocco with strong knowledge of local culture and daily life;

• High digital literacy: mobile apps, payments, smartphones, and online services;

• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately reproduce complex user flows;

• Clear written communication in English;

• Responsible, responsive, and well-organized;

• Ability to document results clearly and consistently;

• Experience or interest in online entertainment, gaming, or fintech is a strong plus.
