We are looking for Lead Payroll & FOP Accountant to join our team.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Specialist to manage accurate employee income calculations, payroll taxation, and management reporting in a multi-jurisdictional environment. The role involves working with different payment models, ensuring compliance, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate salaries and other employee payments using various compensation models (full-time employees, contractors, bonuses, etc.).

• Apply payroll and personal income tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions.

• Prepare and maintain management payroll reports by cost categories.

• Ensure accuracy of payroll calculations, tax withholdings, and deductions.

• Work with accounting and payroll systems, verify data, and collaborate closely with the finance team.

• Improve and standardize payroll processes.

Professional Requirements

• Knowledge of employee income taxation legislation in multiple jurisdictions
  (Cyprus, Ukraine, Poland will be a strong advantage).

• Ability to calculate employee income using different payment methods.

• Experience in preparing management payroll reporting.

• Confident user of Excel and Google Sheets.

• Experience with 1C ZUP, 1C 8, or other accounting systems will be an advantage.
