We are looking for a Senior SEO Manager to join our team

Job Description:

• Own and drive the SEO strategy for organic traffic growth and monetization in iGaming across EU markets.

• Lead SEO planning and execution with full ownership of key metrics (organic traffic, visit-to-registration, registration-to-FTD).

• Manage technical SEO (audits, indexation, crawl budget, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO, canonicalization, hreflang, pagination).

• Define and execute content and on-page SEO strategy, including semantic core, search intent mapping, optimization of existing pages, and launch of new SEO landing pages in line with E-E-A-T / YMYL principles.

• Own off-page SEO and link-building strategy, including backlink quality control, outreach, digital PR, and SEO risk management.

• Analyze SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and third-party tools, and assess impact on product and commercial metrics.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, development, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure SEO is embedded into product decisions.

• Mentor junior SEO specialists and share best practices across the team.

Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of how search engines (Google) work.

• Proven experience in technical SEO, including indexation, crawl budget, site architecture, Core Web Vitals, JavaScript SEO (SSR / CSR), canonicalization, hreflang, and pagination.

• Hands-on experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing actionable recommendations.

• Solid expertise in on-page and content SEO, including semantic core development, keyword clustering, search intent analysis, and content optimization.

• Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb.

• Understanding of off-page SEO and link-building principles, including backlink quality evaluation.

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS and understanding of how web applications work.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian (written and spoken).
