Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to product usage, player behavior, and market performance;

• Provide actionable insights to improve key product KPIs such as registrations, deposits, retention, and lifetime value (LTV);

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance;

• Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate the effectiveness of promotions, campaigns, and product features;

• Support A/B testing and product experiments, and analyze their impact;

• Identify product bottlenecks and recommend improvements to enhance player experience;

• Benchmark competitors’ products and features to identify growth opportunities;

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting systems;

• Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and structured way.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in Product Analytics or similar roles (Product Analyst, Data Analyst, Business Analyst);

• Experience or strong interest in iGaming / betting is highly preferred;

• Strong analytical skills and confident use of Excel;

• Experience with BI / analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar;

• Solid understanding of key iGaming metrics: GGR, NGR, ARPU, retention, churn, LTV;

• Ability to translate data into clear insights and business recommendations;

• Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams;

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
