We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team.

Job Description

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and technology agreements, including platform supply, content licensing, white-label arrangements, payment processing, data partnerships, and third-party integrations;
• Structure and manage service level agreements and performance-based commercial terms with key partners and suppliers;
• Act as a strategic partner to business teams, helping them to structure commercially viable but robust contract positions in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of commercial law, contract structuring, and international risk allocation principles;
• Familiarity with gambling licensing frameworks, advertising standards, and responsible gambling requirements (or a demonstrable ability to learn these quickly);
• Expertise in data privacy and cybersecurity considerations relevant to online consumer platforms.
• English level at least B2, Ukrainian - fluent.
